致：黄德先生以及一班苦行13天300里的绿友们
自从你们开始发动及筹备活动开始到到达目的地的今天为止，我一直都留意你们的进展，看见你们一路走来的路程面临的种种困难，脚起水泡，肌肉酸痛，年迈的老一辈还能在衣食住行即使很简陋的情形下也毫无埋怨，还见一些平穷的老人家奉献一生积蓄来给这活动作为基金，看了真的心酸，心酸的是好好一个国家，竟然为了贪图利益为上，睁眼说瞎话，每口都说为人民好，国家未来好，害了老百姓，让这些明知是有危害性质的物质（从网路资料及已是受害的国家为鉴）从此开始担惊受怕，无日安宁。
很抱歉，由于近期的时间安排有点紧凑，不能亲自到场为你们这群战士打打气，的确是种遗憾。虽然今天我只在某个地铁站逗留了一阵子，也行了一小段路，看见绿色人潮，看见不同阶层，年龄的参与者，看见大家有备而来，打着反对意识的各类海报，旗帜，特色衣服，最欣慰的是人群中来自不同皮肤颜色的不同种族群分，都不约而同的来到一个地方，一个目的。见证了什么是【政府无情，人间有情】的道理。
我是一位知识份子，从来不听一些道听途说，不切实际，没有一丝诚意讲解的东西。我会理解分析每一段细节。你们想传达的心声，我一一收下，分析，判断，决定是与非，也一一知道该怎么办。也晓得怎样运用下一届每个活动手里的神圣一票。希望你们一直以来的活动回响，没有白费，也希望你们能从这次苦行面对的创伤，能迅速地康复，期望你们能继续带领人民，走向美好正确的方向。
注意：虽然300里苦行已完成，但是黄先生与一些战友还依然坚持留守在终点，直到明日早上，当地依然下着雨，希望天公能体谅，把雨耽搁到明日下午，毕竟他们已受多种苦难了。

今天打开电邮箱，发现这封东西，真的有点贴切，温馨。。。。虽然这次主办当局安排还有一些瑕疵，但依然能高兴地完成赛事，明年有机会的话，大家相约在新桥见！
Dear APBIM 2012 participants,
The Penang Bridge International Marathon committee had recently successfully organised the Allianz Penang Bridge International Marathon 2012 on Sunday, 18 November. The committee would like to express its heartfelt gratitude to all Malaysian and International runners for their support and participation in the event this year. To all the winners and finishers, congratulations on your achievements and kudos on your efforts in running the marathon! Your constant support as well as comments and feedback have pushed the marathon a step further into becoming a world-class sporting event.
This year, the marathon managed to attract more than 34,500 participants from 67 countries all over the world, and hopes to attract more International participants next year. For the second consecutive year, the APBIM is once again listed as Malaysia’s Largest Bridge Run by the Malaysia Book of Records!
The committee would also like to thank all its partners, volunteers and those who were involved in organising the Malaysia’s largest bridge marathon. The volunteers include, 45 technical officers of PAAA, 685 members of the Royal Malaysian Police; 540 members from St John Ambulance of Malaysia, Malaysian Red Crescent Society, Penang Hospital, Radio Signal Unit and Physiotherapist Society; 520 members of the Scout Association of Malaysia; 170 members from Penang Girl Guides; 54 members from Boys Brigade; 110 volunteers from Penang Bridge (PLUS); 100 volunteers from PROPEL Berhad; 100 volunteers from Penang Port; 80 volunteers from Majlis Perbandaran Pulau Pinang (MPPP); 16 members of the Malaysian Fire and Rescue Department (Bomba); 64 members of Pasukan Sukarelawan Malaysia (RELA); and 40 members of Pasukan Peronda Sukarela (PPS).
In addition, thanks to all corporate partners who handled the water stations along the running routes: ASICS Malaysia, AMD Penang, CBSA Media Sdn Bhd, Exabytes Malaysia, Lone Pine Hotel, Malaysia Association of Hoteliers Penang Chapter, Maybank Berhad, Meritus Hotel, Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya, Motorola Solution, FedEx, and Switch.

感恩节 Happy Thanksgiving!
感恩依然活在这世界上
感恩依然沿途还是那么多亲人，朋友及重要人物撑着
感恩上天赐我不如意的事，来唤醒我必须时常要提高自己能力坚强地面对一切挑战的醒觉
也感恩在这一次上槟城马拉松的旅途，吃了那么多美食，依然能完成赛事，得到奖牌
什么美食既然能牺牲赛事成绩而向往？嘻嘻，下期自有分晓
最重要的是今天感恩节，这节日希望大家不要沮丧，消极心情去面对
相反的利益阿Q精神，感恩有负面的出现，才能带来正面的平衡
祝大家有个愉快的感恩节吧。 Happy Thanksgiving!

13.11.2012 饼干一些感言
我相信凡事都能有解决的方案
只是需要时间的空间去理智地思考，迁就及配合
有时自己会用一段时间去沉默
就是进行以上的活动
没即时说出答案
因为自己渐渐地踏实去面对人生
不想轻佻随便说出一个有犹豫和后悔成分的答案
就犹如：我现阶段人生一个兴趣 - 骑摩多
我也可以放弃这些
但需要找一些替代品
例如： 一辆迷你小型积木而成的摩多， 缅怀过去的兴趣
交通工具也可以用汽车，地铁来替代摩多
一些问题需要用口说出和商量
一些行动需要时间去证明
然而这一切都未能一一去实行
只能叫这为遗憾
如果未来能弥补这一切
也只能叫这为缘分
希望缘分未尽，能减少人生许多不如意的遗憾。

Skyfall 空降危机
看完这部影片后，上网看见许多人多这部戏好评价的不多，有些大感失望。我对着部同时庆祝占士邦影片五十周年庆的Skyfall，还是有很好的评价。
其一，情节 - 虽然有点啰嗦，慢，这是大英帝国为主的戏，一般都是慢慢细说，有责任地讲述及交代，每个阶段，角色。虽然有比前系列的来得更慢，毕竟太多人物，转换场面也感觉多了，自然需要更多耐心观赏。
其二，人物 - 许多人埋怨主角占士邦-Daniel Craig有点老化，不俊俏。我感觉还好，毕竟情节需要他在一些事故后的压力颓废和成长，多了胡须，沧桑，疤痕在所难免，重振雄风后还是很有占士邦需要的男人味。
邦女郎们也配搭不错，这次找来Naomie Harris和Bérénice
Marlohe，Naomie
Harris的精湛神韵和Bérénice
Marlohe的精彩演示，尤其她阿娜多姿，风华绝代的眼神，特别在演着颤抖吸烟的神情，感觉是历来有女人魅力的一位。
Judi Dench演了多次的M角色，算是在这可能最后一次上演，做出了完美的表情，演出一个位高权重的人物的牺牲与回报代价，是许多当今演员还不能称职的。
年轻的Q，幽默感满溢，冷静以及才智过人的演出，也留下不错的印象。
大坏蛋，Javier Bardem用他的同性倾向材为幽默感，加分！用他多年尽心策划来破坏国家安全局来把最终目的得逞，不赖！
其三，先进仪器 - 也一点的确有点逊色，历代有很多仪器，如：镭射表，笔枪，摩登枪械集于新款豪华车等。这集确只是一些日常看到的武器，不同是不是配合五十年庆，也换来Aston
Martin DB5(历代占士邦用过的战车）派上场，或许拿来唤醒占士邦迷的记忆。
其四，故事情节 - 一般占士邦都是累破国家机密文件的案件，最后胜利 ，也得到美人归为片尾。这次不同的是，自己人因[个人议程]来破坏国家威信及安全，占士邦拯救自己国家，过程也显露出做决定的衡量及付出代价，知性与感性融合在一堂，算是另一个突破吧。
总结：还是值得一看的戏，在戏院配乐的震撼系统，也值回票价。
